Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at Sanctuary Hills, enjoying the peaceful surroundings and beautiful views of Lake Gregory. The staff was incredibly attentive and the food surpassed my expectations. However, I did encounter some minor issues with room amenities that could use improvement.
My stay was pleasant overall, but there were some notable drawbacks. The location was convenient and serene, yet the booking mishap was quite frustrating. The food was really good and a definite highlight, while the accommodations could use some improvement.
I had a pleasant stay at Sanctuary Hills, enjoying the beautiful surroundings and lovely gardens. but the lack of heating and inconsistent room amenities left much to be desired. The potential of this hotel is evident, and a few improvements could make all the difference.
My stay at Sanctuary Hills in Nuwara Eliya was genuinely good. The serenity and beautiful views from the garden were definitely a highlight, but the chilly evenings made the atmosphere a bit gloomy. Still, the excellent service from the staff, especially Prasanna, made up for it, and I really enjoyed the authentic local cuisine offered.
My stay at Hillcot was quite enjoyable, with a lovely view and excellent food. However, I did have some trouble with the hot water, which was inconsistent in my room.
